Duke is Kayla's horse. He is an Appaloosa/Quarter Horse cross
and is around eight years old. He became a part of our family
March 21, 2004. Kayla and Duke ride western, and have also done
well at the fair in speed games. Kayla and Duke have also had some
lessons on working together better. The lessons have helped Kayla
work with her horse better and have showed definate improvement
on Duke's attitude toward working with Kayla.
